Beauty: Florida ‘Drugstore’ make-up buys

I’ve just come back from Florida and we had the most amazing and very special holiday. Posts coming soon with photos and all about our news.

Obviously whilst out there I had to stock up on make-up so paid visits to Walmart, Target and Sephora. Today I’m sharing my buys from Walmart and Target.

♥ Real Techniques Brush Cleansing Palette – I’ve wanted to buy this for a while after seeing rave reviews, and strangely RT products are cheaper in the US! This looks super handy – you can hold this palette on your hand and use it to swish and swirl your brushes to clean perfection.

♥ L’Oreal True Match Lumi Magique Foundation – I love this foundation so decided to pick up another bottle. It gives a lovely healthy glow.

♥ L’Oreal Paris The Super Slim Infallible Eyeliner – this liquid pen eyeliner is a dream and I haven’t purchased it in a while so decided to buy it again. It’s so easy to apply!

♥ CoverGirl Crump Clusher Mascara – I love CoverGirl mascaras and decided to give the Crump Clusher a try – it claims to give 200% more volume and zero clumps so we’ll see how it works!

♥ CoverGirl Plumpify Blastpro Mascara – this was being hero-d in Walmart and I always fall for the mascaras that are being promoted. I’ve been trying this and it’s good but not amazing.

♥Maybelline Lip Elixir in Nude Illusion – I’ve not tried a Maybelline Elixir before so wanted to give it a try. It’s a nice gloss but nothing life-changing.

♥ L’Oreal Colour Riche Le Balm in Nourishing Nude – this is a lovely balm and gives a hint of colour. It also smells like caramel which is lovely!

♥ Ardell Wispies false eyelashes – I’ve heard great things about these false lashes and they are so cheap in the states! (like $3!).

    I've used that foundation and sadly not a big fan but it's different on everyone's skin! and I really want to try that brush cleaning palette!

    I love the LOreal lumi foundation too! I actually really the Maybelline colour Elixir. Some great buys 🙂 xx
